Real quick, I am hoping to find a place somewhere between Weber and Utah Co where I can drop in and pick up a parts kit to finish out an AR lower tomorrow morning. (I'm driving from Ogden to Utah co to meet my dad to go hunting.) Impact doesn't carry them, do you guys know anywhere that does?

I think we have some at FBMG. 571-1160. Call and ask. If we do, it's a 5 minute detour off I-15 at 123rd south. They open the doors at 10 AM. May be someone there doing things earlier that might pick up the phone.
