Burris 6X HBR vs Burris 6x HBR II

I picked up a used Burris 6x HBR in about 99% condition, Glossy finish, Fine Plex reticle. It's perfect on my .22 silholette gun. :)

I see the new model is matte finished, and read it uses a fine X hair reticle.

Can anyone comment on the main INTERNAL differences between the two models?
