I see you can buy NEW Asian Military Pre-Ban Mags for about $20 verus about $70 for a NEW Beretta Factory Pre-Ban Mags.
Anyone use these Asian Military Pre-Ban Mags?
Is it your primary mag, or just a backup/practice mag?
Would you trust an Asian Pre-Ban Mag as your primary Beretta magazine?
Any other comments about the Asian Pre-Ban Mags (i.e. quality, reliability, etc.) would be appreciated.
  :p
Thanks...

I've read some positive reviews on the Asian Beretta mags. I'd get a couple & torture test them before I made them my primary mag...reliability is worth more than the $50 price difference ;)

Cheaper than Dirt and Dillon Precision both have them.

Generally I've had good luck with the Asian mags. When you first get them, disassemble, clean, and deburr before use, as the paint on the follower and base flakes off easily. I use them for range use only.

Although they functioned fine, I immediately replaced the springs in all my Asian military mags. They just seemed a little weak to me. Functionally, they have been 100% perfect though. I believe the metal on the original Beretta mags is a bit thicker but the Asians seem OK.
Although many advise against it, I carry using them. If I wanted more 15-round mags for my Beretta, they'd be the Asian military ones. I can't afford the Beretta factory pre-bans. (But I'd plan on replacing the springs. - got mine cheap from Wolff).
I guess I'd say that they are my "primary" mags for my Beretta.

I use them as range mags. I had a few FTF when they were 'new' no problems since.
