Who makes a decent 20" upper, A2 or A3 style... with a 1:7 twist these days? Everyone and their brother puts out 1:9, but I am interested in a 1:7.

My 1/7 20" Govt profile barrel was made by Colt. I would try the AR15.com equipment exchange for a Colt (small pin) upper.
