So long story short, my girlfriend has become quite a shooter. She loves it and not long ago bought a pink Rossi .22lr/ .410 combo. This weekend we were at the range and she mentioned that she would love a pair of pink ear protection to match the gun. I have been able to find pink ear PLUGS but not any traditional headband type.

Anybody have any good links?

Academy Sports and Outdoors had them. Any chance you have one near you?

Edited to add: Looks like they don't have one in your part of the country.

google is your friend:

there are more - look for the higher numbers - that last one is a 21, you may want to wear plugs underneath as well.

Be sure to get cool plugs to go with those cool ear muffs, also.

You can paint earmuff hearing protection any color of the rainbow quite easily.

Those Peltors work great. Friend sells them at his shop. But unless your girl has a microscopic head, the kids set wont fit.
