I'm planning on getting into this a bit to get some "real world" practice. Are there any IDPA matches and/or concealed carry friendly IPSC matches within a couple hours driving of Knoxville?

If so, anyone want to do a road trip to said match?

TAC2 up in Greeneville. Another club down in Dayton. There was mention of another starting up in Oak Ridge, do not know how far along they are.

There is an IPSC match the first and third weekend of each month at the ORSA range in Oak Ridge. It is a wonderful setup with at least 5 stages. Also, at Guncraft, the indoor range off Lovell Road, they have an IPSC match the third Saturday (I think) of each month. Go to Guncraft.com and Orsa.nxs.net for more information.

At the ORSA shoot, they have squads Saturday AM and PM, and Sunday AM. Come join the fun.
