Stevens 5100 SxS Questions

I just picked up a Stevens 5100 SxS in 20ga. It could use new furniture. I checked with Numrich, and via looking at their offerings determined that I didn't know enough to buy anything.
Their forearms are listed as 'new style' and 'old style' and I have no idea what the differences are. The buttstocks are listed as 'non-stepped' or 'other'.
How would I determine what all this means?

If you can, post some pic's of the stock and forearm. side and good detail of the front on the stock, side and rear of the forearm.
If you post them here i will see if we at the shop can tell what type you have, if we get stumped than there here for all to see and help with.
I rebuilt my 16 gauge 5100 some years ago, i would love to find a 20 gauge to rebuild when i have the cash to do it.

No pics yet - sorry. I did figure out that the 'stepped receiver' refers to the joint between the receiver and buttstock.
This is the 311 stock that also fits late 5100s:

This is the earlier 'stepped' version for the 5100:

You might want to go to www.macongunstocks.net. They have all the configurations of 311/5100s and you can buy them semi inletted, finished/unfinished and even checkered. Don't forget to check your tang length, there are two different ones.
