I used to moderate a Board (now defunct) where everyone contributed links concerning the subject matter. A few posters worked to compile these links into an organized form, thereby making available hundreds of links that can be loaded as a word document and used for reasearch.

Has this been done before in the gun area?...with a membership as large as we have, seems that a whole lot of links could be accumulated...

Not exactly what you're talking about, but over at KABA, they have something called Operation Self-Defense, where they compile lists of news stories dealing with self-defense.

I have a *very* specialized collection of links and articles documenting wrongdoing in the issuance of discretionary gun permits. Much of it is material I've written, plus a lot of media articles.

So far as I know it's completely unique. It started as California-only thing but now covers other states and I'm on the lookout for good international articles.

Hi whay I would be thinking about is Links in various categories, organized in an outline (such as your, CCW problems)..just as an example.

1. Military Bolt Guns
Mauser
Enfield
Springfield
Others

2. Laws
Constituion
CCW

etc etc etcIt would be a huge project...but with 3,000 memebers if you could get 100 working on it..everyone taking a category etc...
