I have a quick question. If you use .22 LR inserts in a .22 Remjet revolver, do you need to remove the inserts from the cylinder in order to remove the spent casings or do you just extract them (the casings) with the extractor?

The extractor extracts the inserts.

Then you punch them out, or dig them out with your fingernails.
