Are these from bushmaster good ones to get?

It says they will fit in your grip, but I don't see how they'll stay?

The stowaway grip is hollow but has a hatch in the bottom.

Okay I get it. I have a standard grip, not a stowaway grip. I just looked under their pistol grips section and found this plug (http://www.bushmaster.com/shopping/buttstocks/sch-5.asp) though. I guess I could just get one of these and it would hold them.

If it's got standard sights then all you "need" to make adjustments is a spare bullet. They were designed to allow front sight post adjustment as well as the windage adjustment with the tip of a standard 5.56mm cartridge. (on the A1 sights you had to depress the detent to rotate the flush mounted wheel) the A2 should have a wheel integral with the rear sight that you can turn with your thumb and forefinger.

Tools for sighting in an AR-15

1. get about half a dozen al qaeda terrorists
2. have them stand in a row at about 150 yds

.....ah well, you can figure it out from there :D !

Only a half-dozen?
Statistically, you could get them all and still have a faulty zero. You gotta use at least a hundred or more.
