I have lots of ammo for my old mack 90 and was looking at this rifle as a another rifle to shoot the same ammo. Is it any good? By good I mean accurate to 200-250 yards? Is it relyable?( I dont know how much can go wrong with a bolt action but gotta ask) I tried to search for artilces on this rifle and havent found any thing. Any one?

They are great guns. If you feed it the ****tiest ammo made I wouldn't expect benchrest results. The ones I have seen shoot under 1" at 100 yards but that is with good factory ammo or handloads. I haven't seen them shot with cheap steal cased stuff but they are good rifles.

He's got pics up of the groups he fires with his 7.62x39 CZ boltgun.
Suffice it to say, it's an accurate rifle!

This is a simple formula: Gun + ammo / operator = ACCURATE

Rifle is fine, choice of quality ammo is less than ideal. As with many other rifles, handloading will lead to the best results.
It's a nice rifle. I had reservations about selling mine, but with cheap ammo came disappointing results.

even with steel cased ammo my CZ was a good 2.5 to 3 moa oddly enough domestic brass cased stuff shot even worse. Shooting handloads with either .311 or .308 diameter bullets accuracy typically was MOA or so for 5 shot 100 or 200m groups
I think 3 MOA with sub $5 a box ammo is a pretty darn good bang for your buck, however I ended up trading mine for a Leupold 36x scope for my 7.62x39 benchrest gun
