Some time ago I read , I think it was in Guns & Ammo, a justice in the Supreme Court wrote something like --a law that does not serve the good of the people is no law at all and need not be obeyed---. Does anyone know or remember anything like this ? Papa

Was this a Pro or Anti article ? If anti, I think you'may be refering to a well known anti-gun diatribe that was in, of all places, Parade magazine in the Sunday paper. I'm wracking my brain, but I'm thinking it may have been Rehnquist (sp?).
