Just wanted to add a few comments about the new Yildiz 12ga. shotgun. My boss recently bought one for a charity event that I was also lucky enough to participate in Texas. Childrens Miracle Network event. I have always been a Remington man. But after holding the Yildiz and how it fit me perfectly I was hooked. I did a lot of research first to get the most bang for my hard earned buck. In the end, it won out over several foreign made shotguns. Mainly due to price! Being from a para military profession, I always cleaned a weapon before using it. It was tight, very tight, but with a little lubrication I got the receiver and ejectors to work fine. I shot two boxes of shells through it one Sunday at a private range and the action got better, much better. Yeah the engraving isn't German quality, but neither is the price. The wood on mine is excellent. I am not a bragger type, but I missed one in two boxes of shells (50-rounds) and had not had a shotgun in my hands for over 4-years. My opinion it was the chokes that came with the gun. The markings are the same as the older model Brownings. I simple went on the internet and found the "Key" to the markings. Because it is light weight, it brused my arm after shooting the 50-rounds. But, a custom fit Limb Saver recoil pad did the trick! Now my wife can shoot the gun without any problems.

I am a novice when it comes to shooting Skeet, but I will improve with practice. No, I do not shoot 50,000 rounds a year like the pro's so I don't know how the Yildiz will hold up, but my guess is it will still be there when I am gone to the happy hunting grounds. The feeling is " what a purchase" and I am not on Welfare after the purchase. I highly recommend anyone to at least try one out.

In closing, guys, gals, stand up, don't let the new government take our rights to bear arms away!

Friends and fellow shooters, I spent 25-years in law enforcement and never killed anyone, and used my weapon only twice. It truly was the only security I could count on.

Welcome aboard, Shotgun Dave.

Thanks for the commentary on the Yildiz. Not all shotguns need to stand up to mega use to be worth having.
