Taurus recently brought out the model 856 - essentially a M85 but 6 shots, 38.spl +P rated. Since I'm completely satisfied with my M85 (as opposed to my 642), I'm thinking of getting one.

Question is - what speedloaders would it take? Looks like I'd have to go with HKS in something that would fit a Colt Detective Spl?

I can't imagine this thing not taking the DS HKS loaders.

BTW, I just heard about this revolver today; a quick google on it also found this thread, and that's why it came back from the dead...

I'm satisfied with my standard M85 enough that this could be my next purchase. The extra shot all of a sudden makes it a pretty tempting CCW snubby vs my 642/SP101/M85 5 shot snubbies.
