I.D. Help: Antique Box Lock Shotgun

Does anyone recognize this?

This shotgun has almost no markings at all. There are 3 initials stamped on the bottom of the barrel which I assume to be inspector's initials, but no Belgian proof marks or anything else particularly enlightening. It is 50 1/2 inches long overall with barrel length of 34 1/2. The gun has a 16 gauge bore.
