Taylor's Kentucky rifles?

I've been surfing Taylor's website lately for black powder stuff and I've been interested in their "Kentucky" style reproduction .50 caliber muzzleloaders. It doesn't state on the website (and I haven't emailed them to ask yet). Does anyone:

1. know who manufactures their rifles?
2. have one and can give a report on it?

I'm looking to get a flintlock eventually and I'm scouting out the possibles. I like the full stock types for a flintlock better than the look of something like a half stock Hawken. I'm still going to get a Lyman GPR .54 percussion.

Much thanks for any info.

I'm not sure who is the maker of Taylors Kentucky rifles but they are a bit hefty in price compared to Cabelas which looks identicle.

Cherry's Fine Guns is a major Pedersoli distributor and their Kentucky rifles are priced a little bit less. They also have a larger selection of Pedersoli guns and every once in a while they'll have a sale on certain models. :)

Thanks for the other suggestions. Looks like Cabelas' is very similar, minus some of the brass fittings. Hopefully I'll be able to buy before the prices go up again.
