Just sold a safe queen that I know I will regret later, but that's history.

I have $1650 to spend on a handgun....I need something that will be easily CCW. But something...unique that will fill a certain nitch....

No revolvers...just not a revolver guy....have one...that's all I want.

Here is what I have so, don't want anything that will duplicate these....

Don't need HK P7M8, HK P30, HK P2000SK, Ed Brown Kobra Carry, Colt Viper, Colt Defender, Colt Government Model 1911, Colt Mustang Pocketlite, Kimber Covert Ultra II, Robrbaugh R9, Sig 239SAS, Sig P232, Walther PPK German 1966

So.....what you you recommend that I run out and get?

The one thing that seems missing from your list is a Glock. Buy a Glock 19 or 23 and you'll still have around $1100 left over.

I don't see a seecamp .380 on that list.

How about a longslide 1911 from Fusion Firearms?

I'm guessing your 1 revolver is a S&W 442/642; if not...

I was going to get on here and recommned Fusion as well, but I see someone beat me to it. :scrutiny:
Get a weapon built the way YOU want it, the best of fit, finish and parts. Your in the right range too. I have a custom built Bobtail commander on order right now. Stop by their site and look around, just google Fusion firearms.
Good luck!

I suggest the Glock also, just bought 2 17's little larger frame for CCW but fit in my pocket fairly well although not as well as the subcompact but you will still have money left over for ammo and mags.....Just get it quickly or you might not be able to get it!!!

If I was going to drop that much (or near that much) money on a carry gun I'd be very tempted to look at a Rohrbaugh 9mm or the MK9 or PM9 Kahr. Or for a little larger but still probably pretty concealable gun: one of the 3" or 3.5" 1911's.

Help me spend $1650....on...guess what?

When I was I child I used to watch a show called "The Price is Right". IIRC, the objective was to get as close to the price as possible without going over.

I don't own one and can't offer any first person review - this was just an exercise in price matching. But I wouldn't mind having one.

I'd go for a SIG P210. I'm certain you could find one in good condition for that amount.

Here are the ones in the running....

HK P7M13

Dan Wesson bob tail...10mm

Colt Delta Elite

Considered a Seecamp 380, but have an R9...

Not a glock hater, good guns, just grip angle doesn't fit for me.

ok - I'll play. A Smith & Wesson 952 for $1644. Gets you within $6. It's not really a full-blown target pistol, but about as close as it comes, it seems.

Manual safety SAO Pro-Tek 1 with Rami Controls - You'd be the only one who'd have one, and I think it would be an excellent carry gun that can be shot for fun.

CCO 1911 of a semi-custom nature

Wilson Combat/Cylinder&Slide Kahr. I think Kahr makes an excellent carry gun, and a nearly full custom one would be amazing.
