Ahh... the compact one...
Pretty neat, but I've heard the real short 1911s in general occasionally have problems feeding and cycling. Haven't heard anything specific about the SA ones.
Check out www.1911forum.com they have a whole forum for SA. You could probably find some good info in there. ;)

There have been reliability issues with the small Springfields, both Mil-Spec and Loaded. Do a search at http://www.1911forum.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=29 to read about the issues. I have not owned one of the Mini-Springers myself.
