From the looks of it, it's a Smith & Wesson 3" Model 66 clone, with some adjustable grips. If it's available in the U.S., it looks interesting for 2 reasons: First, authentic 3" S&W k-frames with adjustable sights are very rare, and second, there's no lock. Not surprising, I guess, if it's not made for the American market.

R99 is a S&W 66-5 in satin stainless finish (the stamp on the frame say that). I bought it from Bulgaria and I paid for it 550 euro, almost 700$. Anyway it was the last model. I'll take some photos Monday and I'll post them.
