Need Help On a J.P. Sauer 44 Mag

I ran across a J.P. Sauer 44 mag Single Action Revolver...guy is asking $250 for it...great shape, looks "NEW" (very clean, taken great care of, but used)...have been looking for some info on it, but haven't found much...any advise for or against?
