Anyone use a pocket holster

A member over at the firing line made this for me, excellent fit for both my 640 and M32. I used to carry with out a holster, but I really like this, no outline, easy withdrawal. Best of all no lint in my revolver. The price is right too.

I use a pocket holster sometimes. I have several other methods of carry as well, but the pocket is the dominate location of my piece.

I pocket carry pretty much all the time using a Mika round or square-cut, or an Uncle Mikes, depending on the pocket shape. The holster you have there looks to be too short in the top strap area to cover the hammer (if so equipped) and too tall between the the trigger guard and grip for a good purchase. My personal taste and opinion of course. ;)
Hope it works well for you.

I've got my P3AT in a Blackhawk pocket holster, and I'm not 100% happy with it. It's a little TOO padded (wide) and the grip of the gun sits outside of the padding and prints when seated. I have to keep a piece of folded up paper in front of it to keep it hidden.

i like pocket carry 1.because i find it to be the most comfortable carry method and allows me to carry always instead of just some of the time and 2.i can place my hand in my pocket in case i may need it and If danger is unavoidable I can draw extremely fast since my hand is already on the grip. MY 340pd is with me 24/7 with .357 158grain federal hyrdashocks(yea OW)

Yes. DeSantis Nemesis is my choice. My CCW is a Russian Makarov, and it's a nice fit. Doesn't print, and it's kinda tacky on the outside so it'll stay put in the pocket, but smooth on the inside so your iron will slip right out when drawn.
It's small enough to hide out where bigger firearms can't hide. I like the bigger bores, but if you can't wear a parka all the time, the Mak is way better than no pistol at all.

Below are my CCWs, a S&W AirLite 296 .44 Special and an Airweight 642 .38 Special, both hammerless 5-shot revolvers in Robert Mika's pocket holsters. The 296 fits 75% of my pants'n front pockets, the 642 fits all of them.

His holsters stay upright and still when retrieving my revolvers - I am very happy. The larger one also fits my 2" 10.

+1 Robert Mika's holsters.
They are also made of a material that repels sweat, unlike leather which soaks it and corrodes a 642 (after the factory finish starts to wear).
ALSO, if you sketch out the shape and dimensions of your pocket Robert will custom-make one for that pocket!
AND, your name is embroidered on the holster! That's good, should the BG end up with your gun & holster, or if it should somehow get misplaced.
