I'm going for the benelli m2 because i am not going to spend 1,600 on the m4 and i picked it up today and it felt too heavy. But heres the thing the guy at the shop was telling me i wouldn't go with a auto because they cause problems. I looked at the slr .223 ak74 with the folding stock didn't feel like me. So then i picked up the kel-tec su-16c and i didn't like the sights. Anyone have any problems with the m2? I plan on going to this gun on the 1st to get one on the cheap cheap.

Benelli is the one "tactical shotgun" chambered in 3 1/2" shells. But I looked at one . . . not seriously . . . and they just seemed to "Euro" designed for my tastes.

The issue with semi-auto shotguns is that there needs to be some sort of adjustment for various loads. The Rem. 1100 does this automatically, but do you want to trust some sort of internal compensator in a tactical gun?

I'm a big fan of the Rem. 870 -- Wingmaster. But then I'm "old school."

thats the m4 that handles 3 1/2" shells i'm going for the m2 because A) not spending 1,600 B) that **** is way to heavy C) m2 holds more shells. From what i heard the m2 has no problems with "adjustment for various loads" people have told me it runs even the lighest k-mart loads so.........
