I have only shot in one match and would like to learn more.

Come to Pueblo Sunday or Aurora Saturday and look me up.

I might skip Aurora Saturday to shoot IHMSA silhouette at Pueblo and get things ready for Sundays match, but without any doubt I will be at Pueblo Sunday from 6:00AM till close.

We will have a bolt gun side match Sunday that should be interesting.

Anything specific you are looking for?

Eddie Rhodes and Gene Ragulsky are two of the big dogs nationally in 3-gun and shoot and train in Pueblo.

It starts at 6:00 AM:what:

JJ Johnson and I actually get to the range somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00 to start setting things up. It takes that long to set up six good quality stages. Being a GI, waking up that early doesent seem to phase me anymore.

The match doesent begin till 10:00 and usually goes until around 2:30. Thats when I will break out my new 50 and play for a bit.

Pueblo ort Aurora?

I'll be at Aurora Saturday (tomorrow!).

Stuff you need:

1. pistol, holster, mag-pouches,
2. shotgun (pump or semi), some way to carry extra rounds through the stage,
3. semi-auto rifle, mags, a mag-pouch if you have one (else stick it in your back pocket),
4. normal safety stuff (eyes, ears, hat).

100 rounds of each type of ammo should be more than enough. I normally bring 3x what I think I need, "just in case."

Shotgun shells should be 7.5# shot, but bring some slugs too.
