hey guys,just curious but my grandpa has an unfired new in box Mod. 13 made around the first years it was made like 1974 i believe,just curious,anyone know anything about these,and what do you think it'd be worth just so i know(im defeniantly not selling it haha)

Great gun, not sure the current value but unfired 4" square butt should be around $400+. A 3" with round butt would command a bit more. Either way a great revolver and well worth keeping.

i got a four inch nickel in 75, still have it, nickel in starting to get a little thin on the barrel end...still sits under the bed...gpr

When the right time and the right ammount of cash I have to spend on my first .357 Magnum Revolver meet, I will looking for either a S&W Model 19 or S&W Model 13. I really don't know much about the Model 13, other than it is a fixed sight K-Frame in .357 Magnum. I do have a S&W Model 10-5 4" , if the Model 13 is anything like that revolver only in .357 Magnum, I will be happy.
