Yep, Cleveland Co. Judge Bill Heatherington threw out the case against Brian Roberston, charged under a vague law passed after Columbine and other school shootings, citing no evidence of specific intent to actually carry out the acts written about. See here:

I could have sworn this topic was up on THR, but I failed to find it after NUMEROUS searches, so sorry for the new thread. Maybe it was on another site where I saw this discussed. This news is about 2.5 weeks old actually, but as I say, I don't see it discussed on THR, and thought peeps would be interested in one small triumph against PC, kneejerk-legislation garbage.
