Do people prefer the +5% or +10% and why?

Any feeding issues, excess wear on magazine safety or feed lips if loaded. Actual or hypothetical concerns...

I use factory strength in my 9mm CZ's 5 mags and have never had a problem after several thousand rds.
I shoot USPSA and abuse my mags. If they are clean and the followers are good (no rough spots, binding or sticking) factory specs should work fine.

In my case I always shoot 124 gr FMJ with only ten rds loaded. If I shot 147 gr with fully loaded 16 rd mags maybe heavier springs might be needed to properly 'snap' the next round up to be fed. That's a lot more weight on the springs. Truthfully, I don't know.

I use the +10% if they make it for the particular model, otherwise +5%.

take the 10% if offered for my kahrs, but they only offer 5% so that is what I use.

Wolffs makes good stuff IMO.

Factory standard. The engineers designed it that way for a reason.
