The right handed decocker and slide release on the PCR don't really bother me, but can you reverse the magazine catch on these weapons? Thanks

I don't think the mag release is any different than a CZ75. So in theory
it is possible. Best to contact CZ-USA and ask them. ARMORER:

Not sure if you can or not on the PCR's.

I shoot left handed now and have NO problems with my PCR, or any of my handguns for that matter. I find it actually easier to use my middle finger to release the mag's.

Of course I'm guessing that you are left handed by your post.

Good shooting,
Jeff C.

Not without some gunsmith's metal work (welding and cutting).

And this is true of all the 75B-based guns.

If you'll look at the openings on the frame, you'll see they're different -- one side is round, the other side is keyhole-shaped.

Walt, the PCR and SA have the extended slide release..both sides are keyhole shaped.
I remember a person doing this on the CZForum and it worked quite well...now who it the hell was it???????????hmmmmmmm
Shoot well

Well, then... as someone else I know said, "I sit corrected." <grin>

I'll have to tuck that little bit of knowledge away. The PCR and COMPACT are different in more ways than I realized.

An afterthought...

If the release can be switched, I wonder if it will work with factory mags?

(Seeing as how factory mags have the release notch on one side only, the reversed release may have nothing to "uncatch" when its reversed.

You may also have to cut new notches in your mags, or go to using after-market mags (almost all of which have have release notches on both sides of the mag), exclusively.
