I have a Ruger Alaskan and for fishing Alaskan rivers. We have had a few bumps with Browns and Griz up there and for my taking care of business ammo i am trying to choose between the Buffalo Bore .360 grn ammo and the Double Tap ammo that is 365grns. Both seem far more impressive than the ammo put out by Winchester, Federal and Hornady. Any thoughts?

If you want a outstanding hunting round for your .454 then you should buy Grizzly Ammo (http://www.grizzlycartridge.com/StoreFront.bok). They use the right bullet and it's loaded hot enough to do the job. They have 335gr and 360gr .454 Casull loads which both use hard cast gas checked bullets with a large meplat. The bullets are from Cast Performance (http://www.castperformance.com/StoreFront.bok). (same company)
