I've read several threads here on 223 powders, but I'd like to know which ones will flow well in a RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure. Thanx........

I use Accurate 2230 for 223, ball powder flows great through most powder measures.

+1

Anybodies ball powder will run through a powder measure like water.

I use WW748 in .223 almost exclusively.

It is the stick type powders that cause problems with small caliber cases. Any powder measure will throw it, but it sometimes gets stuck in the case mouth or powder measure drop tube bushing used with .22, .20, & 17 caliber cases.

Any of the Hodgdon H3xx powders (H335, H380, H322, etc) plus BL(c)2, Winchester 748, etc.

Avoid the stick powders like the 4895/4064/3031/Varget etc and it will flow better in a progressive powder measure.
