Edward429451 September 19, 2003, 06:02 PM You came to the right place. What'd you need to know about it? Markk9 September 19, 2003, 06:19 PM I would like to know when it was made, the serial number is: DELX149. Is it worth anything special? Mark Pheonix September 19, 2003, 06:23 PM Not worth a thing. Please send to me for disposal. :D Edward429451 September 19, 2003, 06:59 PM Is it worth anything special? Does it shoot good? Sunray September 20, 2003, 10:45 PM It's a Colt Delta Elite. Made in the late 80's in 10mm. Didn't sell well, likely due to a lack of ammo, so they discontinued it. The 40 S&W killed it. Shot a stock one long ago using Norma ammo. Lots of blast and muzzle jump. Not really any better than a .45 ACP. Sure blasted a bowling pin off the table though. Don't know what they're worth. That depends on where you are. Collectors may be interested. Dr.Rob September 25, 2003, 07:11 PM The early Deltas had a rep for galling metal so look at the slide rails closely. If there is too much wear for your taste just say no. 850-1000 is the going rathe for a stock delta 10mm on Guns America.
