M1 carbine mag question

I was going thru mags and found one five rounder marked, "Japan" on the bottom. It is stamped N.V.S on the back. Any one know who manufactured this mag Thanks

I think it's commercial Japanese reproduction. Here is a link to some M1 Carbine magazine FAQs and Manu marks:

Scroll about 3/4 of the way down and you'll find some info on NVS marked Mags.
