Confused on AR website

Quick question that I can't seem to resolve using "search". Why would a website sell a firearm with a Titanium Bolt upgrade and then have it cost less than one that doesn't have one? I understand the idea of discounting a rifle with a chrome-lined barrel since it slightly reduces accuracy, but I can't wrap my head around the TiN arguement.

Example:

vs.

Why the $40 difference??

The devil is in the details. Btw, chrome lining is usually a $50 upgrade. Also, Impact guns's customer service seems to leave most people wanting.

If you look at the DPMS website, the base price for the AP4 is $899. The TiNi plated bolt carrier is a $65 upgrade whereas the chromium plated bolt carrier is a $39 upgrade. My guess is that Impact Guns made a mistake when they added the price which should be $959.99 for the TiNi version. Just my opinion and for the record, I've ordered (and received) three rifles from Impact Guns along with two AICS stocks, an AICS bipod, and numerous magazines and I have no complaints.

:)
