I went to the range today with 100 rounds to fire... I have already put 80 through my new S&W 9VE, and it's been a couple weeks and I was getting the itch.

I made notes on each one. I tried some different shooting stances, right hand only, left hand only, etc. I think I am gettng more used to the gun, which is good, but it's clear from the targets that I just need mucho range time! I don't know what the official name is, but my normal, two hand, aim, and shoot slow seems to be good, but the odds of having that oppertunity when SHTF is slim to none. Just going to take time and money to get to the range as much as possible.

Overall still very happy with my first purchase... Just need to quell the itch for the second one. I am narrowing between a few models.

Practice makes perfect. Also, you should consider getting some instruction. What an experienced instructor can teach you will eclipse anything you learn on your own.
