It's corrosive.

Ask me how I know...

The Yugo M67 ball is also pretty darn accurate, with 2MOA groups out of my SKS.

I have a few boxes, but I haven't shot any. The M67 bullet is supposed to be pretty good.

I've heard that Yugo surplus ammo is loaded hotter than other surplus ammo. Read somewhere that since Yugoslavia was a much smaller country than others, they invested more effort and resources into making their firearms. Like if they were gonna make guns for their limited number of troops, then they were going to make them well. Same thing with their ammo. Yugo Mausers are usually better quality than late war German ones, except for the fact that the barrels weren't chrome lined, due to no chrome resources in Yugoslavia.

M67 ammo from somewhere in the former Yugoslavia is what the army issues for familiarization fire with AKs and such. It seems to have better quality control than, say, Wolf. I'm not sure on it being loaded hotter -- I never noticed it feeling like it was recoiling harder, but never chrono'ed it.

This ammo is also brass cased if I am not mistaken, right?

corrosive is the reason I've stayed away from it.
