You don't say what part of Ohio you are in, but if you are in the N.W. Ohio region stay clear of Gary Cleland (Clelands Outdoor World). He is an absolute hack and will bungle even the simplest job.

I would check with Old English to see if they can, or might know where to send you. Or .. heck, I think it is Vandalia gun shop??
Next would be looking for a machine shop that might thread it for you.
Last, I would check with Gander Mountain in Huber Heights??
I will check with a couple guys I know tomorrow, If they have anyone I will let you know.
Good Luck.

Losok Custom Arms in Delaware does good work. He's a one man shop and his name is Mark Lammers. He makes a heck of a precison rifle but he is always backed up so you may have to wait. Google LOSOK Custom Arms and you'll find his contact info, I'm not sure if he's taking new work at the moment.
I'd be careful with Gander Mountain, is seems as if some of their stores have good 'smiths and some have questionable 'smiths. A machine shop should be abale to do the work also.
