I have a .17 Rem. Fireball I would like to get a suppressor for, I was thinking some one here might have already fitted a Fireball with a suppressor and might have some info or suggestions on witch make and model might be best. When a suppressor is added how does that affect the accuracy.

A good suppressor will not worsen accuracy and may improve it. Isn't the fireball roughly equivalent to a .22-250 or .220 Swift in .17? If you have a long (24+ inch) barrel you could probably use a good .223 silencer, like the AAC M4-2000, AAC SPR/M4, SRT Hurricane, etc.

It is close to a .223 or a 22-250 it pushing about 4000 FPS. So it is not that critical to have the same size suppressor bore as gun bore. I have read many different opinions on that. I would like to get one I could use on both my .17 and my 22-250.

I would contact Doug at SRT Arms or David at Liberty Suppressors. They both do custom cans on a regular basis and would certainly be able to provide an ideal silencer for your needs.
