Hello I bought a Progressive press from Cabelas a few years ago finally had time to set it up. After finding missing parts which Hornady shipped for free, I got it set up this week and was doing 45 acp brass 8 gallons of it. Yes I have been saving for almost 2 decades. I had problems with primers height beign up to 4 thousands high. Called Hornady Tuesday and today Thursday they shipped me a New 45acp shell plate for range brass, and new case holder springs for free. What other company would give you a shell plate holder for a progressive press and pay the shipping. Guess what I will be buying from now on. Yup Hornady. Also on the same deal my friend broke his big RCBS press base on his 50 cal press had to wait almost 3 weeks for the part. David

Hornady has been good about replacing parts. One of the best is RCBS, though, in my experience. Dillon also replaces parts on most things, as well as Lyman. Redding also backs their equipment.

There aren't many industries where you get this kind of service anymore. In fact, I can't think of any.

50cal that's great news. It's always good to hear when a company stands behind their product.

I have a LNL AP and Hornady would not send me springs...I had to buy them...not the CS I was hoping for from Hornady. I was disppointed in the CS I received, since I only use Hornady bullets.

I also have an RCBS and RCBS has been really good to me in terms of CS and sending me replacement parts.

Dillon, RCBS, customer service are also top notch. I really think RCBS started it all. Then Dillon jumped in with great followup service for older units.

That's odd, I mangled one of my springs when I forgot to tighten down the shell plate when I switched calibers and when I went to order a replacement plus two spares they just sent them to me at no charge. I wonder if it all depends upon who the customer service rep is that takes your call.

Speaking of outstanding customer support RCBS is definitely the best in my book. I bought a used RCBS Case Kicker off of Ebay that was missing a few parts. Well the Case Kicker was not only used but had been out of production for a few years And the folks at RCBS went though their warehouse and dug up all but one of the missing pieces, a plastic bin, and sent them to me at no charge.

In fact I even had good customer service from Lee when I had LoadMaster.

If anyone else has a brand new LNL in storage I'd be more than happy to set it up, get it running and push lots of brass through it to make sure it doesn't rust. I'll even pay to shipping to my house. ;)
