Check this out: RPB USA

As you may have heard, RPB USA is making MAC type pistols, in top cocking, side-cocking, and side-cocking-with-scope mount models, as well as carbines and accessories. From what I've heard from owners (there aren't too many, but you can find accounts on the 'net), they don't have the trigger slap that plagued other MAC type pistols, and fit and finish are top notch with the weapons all being parkerized. The coolest feature, though, is this: the MPA-10 .45 takes unmodified M3 Grease Gun mags, and the MPA-30 9mm takes unmodified STEN magazines (and, of course, the 50-round Lanchester mags).
Anyways, they're currently updating their website, but they have something interesting looking up as a teaser. Observe. (http://www.rpbusa.com/)

Tell me this doesn't look like it'd be a hoot at the range, assuming it's all quality construction and such. :D

First, consider the source. If that isn't enough evidence, look closely in front of the scope rail... see that? That's a front sight. Now, follow the sight line back to the sight on the L1A1 lower that it's attached to. Enough said?

I dunno, their MPA pistols have gotten good reviews. I agree about the sights, but then, I suspect they knew that and that's why they included the scope rail.
I just wonder why they bothered to leave the front sight post on.

Masterpiece Arms 9MM carbine.
The fake muzzle can is an "option" which I wouldn't get.
I'd Form 1 this bad boy and SBR it.
Looks like it would make a REALLY fun post-sample MG.
It's basically a FAL lower and a rigged MAC 9MM upper that can only take Suomi 72rd Drum mags.
Personally, I think the "Suomi Drum" as the only available mag is a big "whoops'ee" from a sales standpoint. The available supply of those drums is now dried up from the retail level, so buyers of the gun are at the mercy of secondary sellers who can charge what they please.
(When they decided to make it, there were too many Suomi drums that didn't have homes)

Well, didn't the Suomi submachine gun have a stick magazine, too?
If worse comes to worse, perhaps they could modify it to take STEN mags, but that Suomi drum looks really cool in there.

I just got it off this site, I'm ignorant on this subject. I just thought you would like a real photograph.

And the point is...??? No thanks!

That is indeed a monstrosity, but I like their MAC clones. I want a sidecocker in 9mm that takes sten mags, oh my is that tasty...
