I think that http://therifleshoppe.com/ may produce Baker rifles and parts kits, but how long it takes for them to build one depends on parts availability or their workload.

buy one. The link I listed above has them for 500.00, but I have to drill out the vents.
The rifle shoppe seem a little high to me.

IIRC, Loyalist Arms had some at one point but I think they were smoothbores made for a the Sharpe's Rifles series.
Don't know if they still have any or not. You'd have to have it rebarreled to be a real rifle.
