A powder in the burnrate range of say 4350 or 4831 may be better. Hodgdon list data for those, in both H and IMR with 140gr, as would many other sources.
I got some old data that list max charges for 130gr, 140gr & 145gr, but it's higher than the newer online data for the 130gr. So I wouldn't recommend it.
Also a danger when using faster powders in a large capacity case, to new reloaders, the possibilty of a simple error, like mis-judging/mis-reading a powder scale, is hard to pickup on, as it may not overfill the case. (Which would be more apperent, with a powder that fills a case more fully.)
