I am thinking of putting on some new sights. I am curious about the 3 dot sighting systems vs. the sights with a with a white outlined tenon vs. the current plain black sights. If anyone could comment on all three, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

P.s. Is it hard to adjust fixed sights(windage)? Can you move them, then shoot, then move then and some how glue them in place?

I find myself highly disliking the rear dots or the outlined notch ala Glock. I find a Sharpie marker and remove the offending dots. Too busy for the eye. I like the front sight bright and this ideally means a fiberoptic/tritium combo front. If not that I paint them bright orange. Yuo don't need all that crap on the rear, it is just a frame of reference to help direct your attention to the front. For night sights I like the Heinie Striaght 8 setup( one dot front, one rear, align vertically) or the same concept with a rear bar. Lets me know where the rear sight is, not too busy.
