I'd like to run this by a few folks. Take a 4" XD and cut the grip down to the length of the subcompact. It would definitely help to conceal the gun and you would still be able to carry 12rd mags with a grip extension if needed.

It's not something I would try myself. I love my XD and wouldn't like to see it turned into a paperweight.

Any thoughts or has anyone seen something like this done before?
