Hey, I promised a friend I would buy her some mace. I was going to send it to her via priority usps. I live in KS and she lives in MN. Is there any laws or restrictions that apply to shipping mace? I tried to find information on the USPS website but was unable to find anything.

Yes, there are. You can't send it USPS since it is a pressurized container. Unlike a can of whipped cream, a can of mace rupturing in the hold of an aircraft could be a problem.
Order it from the net and have it sent to her address. It will come properly shipped without putting anyone at risk.
