I have narrowed it down to 3

I know the Glock has the best price on mags
The CZ shoots the best(Just my opinion)
The Kahr is the thinest and only half the rounds(I probley won't get this one,I can just carry my LCP if I want a thin gun)

My 9 m.m. 124 gr.HST tests results

Vote for the CW9, but would recommend the PM9.

didn't see the vote initially -- go w/ Glock

It is just personal preference for me. I like the way the CZ feels over the Kahr and Glock (especially the Glock). I like Kahr (pretty thin), but I would just have to choose the CZ.

CZ has a very solid heritage with other firearms (i.e. Witness, Baby Eagle, etc.) and as OP says shoots the best.

But again, this is a personal preference thing. If you can, try them all out before you buy.

I voted for the Glock. The 19 is the best comprimise betweeen size in the 9mm Glock lineup. If you're going to buy one Glock it should be the 19.

If we're going for concealability, then why a 19 if you can have a 26?

I originally wanted a 26 but might go with a 19 for more rounds in the mag.
Thats why I'm going with a 9 and not a 40

Wow, 2 totally different guns. A polymer DAO with no safety, vs all steel DA/SA with manual safety. About the only things they have in common are caliber and reliability...

I have 2 CZs and carried an P9 for a long time. (I'd spend the extra for the better barel and mag, FWIW.) You can't go wrong with either. Do you want the hammer of the CZ?

I voted for the Glock, but........

Yup. She's my girl!! Springfield's new short action 1911 style 9mm.

88993 (Click on picture for better view)

I've had more fun, success, and interest (from others) with this than any other sidearm I've ever owned, and I absolutely love it.

Now....If I could just afford to buy Springfield's M-1 variant; the SOCOM II (Drool.....)

Glock 19 is an excellent choice.

but

Glock 26 is even a better choice.

As much as I favor the Kahr, in stainless only, that's not the one you are looking at.
Therefore, of the three, I'd have to pick the Glock.
I used to have a G19 and it was nice, but after getting my G26, I would and don't carry the compact framed Glock any more! (I do have a G23)
I switch off between the G26 and the MK9.

+1 on Glock 19 or Glock 26. I say try both out if you can along with the CZ and get the one that fits you best and you shoot well.

However I think the LCP is double-action with 8# trigger. The two Glocks are kinda double-action (really striker-fired but close enough) with 5.5# trigger. The CZ is double/single with >8# on DA and around 5.75# on single. Plus you've got the frame mounted safety. So its going to be different from your LCP in two ways: different trigger mechanism and you have to remember the safety. With the Glocks, you'll probably just have to deal with the lighter trigger pull but the pull is consistent from shot to shot.

The Cz compact has a decocker only model ,thats what I would get.I don't want a safety on a carry gun.
I carry my LCP or my revolver.I keep my P95 fully loaded for HD

I had a G19, when I bought my CZ 75 P01, I never looked back. I voted CZ75 compact. If I saw one locally I would snap it up.

best regards,

None of the ones listed. I like the Springfield XD 40 sub compact over all of the ones listed

Springfield EMP

Sorry, didn't look at the choices, out of the three: Glock hands down

I guess it would be smart to snap up any of the top drawer handguns while the prices are still reasonable. Prices have gone up here in Florida since the election and good guns have all been bought up

ConstantineJ9 -- Yes, but I can't justify spending the $$$$$ on another CCW. I have 5 now

Well Glock should be the cheapest of the three, and it's one of the most reliable in the world. Im sure the Cz is acurate, reliable, and looks good but im not sure of the price.

i have a kahr and i love it, it is a steel framed model. I am not a fan of the polymer kahrs, and i would take a glock over a cz, i say go for the glock.
