Been snatching up shooter grade Colts offered at good prices lately. Saw this 22 OMM on GunBroker started at $550 and thought that was too high for a refinished gun even with the early style target stocks that I prefer. It went unsold so everyone must have agreed. It was relisted at a lower price but I still passed. Next time around it bore a $375 buy it now so I bagged it. Looks like a 1956 model.

The refinish isn't bad at all and I think it was worth the asking price.

Is that, by any chance, a paint type finish like GunKote or Duracoat?

Absolutely worth what you paid for it. And because it's been refinished, no worries about shooting it.
