I recently purchased a RPK parts kit and it didnt have a recoil spring. I know the RPK has a different spring than the AK47, and that a PSL is based on the RPK design, so i was wondering would it be ok to use a AK or PSL spring on the RPK or should i just a RPK spring. If a RPK spring is needed could anybody tell me where to find one? thanks

The standard AKM spring will work.

Are you missing just the spring or the whole recoil spring assembly (guide and spring) ?

Any AKM/AK74 recoil spring assembly will work for your purposes.
