Would the 21" barrel on this gun be a handicap while dove hunting?

21" bbl for most anything seems to be a very ideal length.

Do check for choke, tho'. Patterning w/specific load wouldn't hurt.

Probably not. Muzzle light guns do not have enough weight forward to help keep the swing going. Practicing overcomes this.

However, since dove hunters loves alibis, you can use this to explain your misses(G)...
