i dunno if anyone tried this before but i thought its a pretty great idea, after lookin at shoulder stocks, i started thinkin and remembered an old stick i always went hiking with when i was little. i found by simply shouldering the stick and holding my pistol to it just behind the cylinder it provides an immense amount of support. i just hang the stick through my belt now i have outgrown it by 3-4 ft lol... it is about 3 feet long or so and works excellent. ill put pics up soon as they upload, 40 yds out i shot about a 5 inch 3 shot group, bout what i can get at 50 feet ..... jus thought id share this with everyone:neener:

http://i390.photobucket.com/albums/oo345/1858rem/100_2971.jpgthat is it, 40 yds not much time to take the shots either, 5 seconds each maybe. someone give something like my rig a shot an see whatcha think!

btw dial up is so slow i did not bother editing my photo, but it does need to be rotated to the right where all my shots are placed to the left of the target.

I saw something like that on an old "Rifleman" episode. Lucas was pinned down by a bad guy and was sort of out of handgun range. He used an old board with a knot hole in it for a shoulder stock of sorts. He stuck the grip of the revolver through the knot hole and instant shoulder stock. He then handily picked off the bad guy, Vic Marrow.
