PS headstamp question

I have about 2 hundred PS cases, all with a 2 digit year at the bottom. Is there any way to tell where they were made? The reason I'm asking is I found 4 different manufacturers;
Giulio Fiocchi,
Pirotecnia Militar de Sevilla,
Poongsan Metal Mfg Company Ltd., Seoul,
Povázské Strojárne, Povázská Bystrica, Czechoslovakia

I believe it's Korean, but you didn't say what caliber it is. I've received a lot of .30-06 brass that is PS headstamped and it's all Korean.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, Fred
It's all .308. I haven't weighed any of the cases yet but I'm guessing it's Milsurp. Most of the military cases seem to be the Indian OFV, WCC, and PS. The rest is Winchester, RP, and FC.

Just inspect it as usual and watch for loose primer pockets. It's been good brass in .30-06, but I don't keep track of how many times I load it. I just load, shoot, inspect, either reload or recycle, and repeat as necessary.
Hope this helps.
