ok, i'm not sure how many people are familliar with McKenzie taxidermy supplies but i ordered the starter kit which included an eight ounce bottle of tan, an eight ounce bottle of oil, and an instructional video. in the video it includes instructions on how to make a pickle solution which McKenzie also calls Saftee acid. i tanned two hides last year and have three more in the freezer. i got out my video and put it in and my VCR ate it :cuss:. so now i have to figure out how to make the pickle solution myself or order another starter kit (which i dont need). anyone know how to make the solution or happen to own this video? any other solutions i can use?
